Public training courses
If you have less than 4 delegates to train, training in-house becomes non-efficient. CMP’s public courses offer an excellent alternative for those who want to train as mediators and investigators. Endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) our programmes are interactive, strong on practical exercises and focused feedback and run by specialists with many years of experience under their belts.
CMP provided a great facilitator: very articulate and patient, who created opportunities for discussion on issues that I was unsure of.

I thoroughly enjoyed this course and learned a lot. The trainer was very knowledgeable and able to explain the subject matter very clearly. Lots of hands-on practice with realistic and thought provoking exercises. Small number of participants meant that the training could be adapted to individual needs.
The CMP Professional Workplace Investigation skills was well led by Tim, an extremely knowledgeable and experienced trainer. His approach to the subject matter was both legalistic and yet had the ‘human’ touch. The course and subsequent ILM Endorsement is valuable to our business in providing us the skills to carry out independent investigation on behalf of our HR Team, and allowing them to manage any subsequent actions arising from the investigation.
