CMP developed the skills of 24 delegates within the BBSRC with three runs of the Core Mediation Skills training in 2010.

Cardiff University

CMP have delivered a number of ILM endorsed Investigation Skills training courses to the College in both 2008 and 2009.

CMP have supported the Equality Challenge Unit with our Professional Dispute Resolution Services.

In 2008 CMP were pleased to provide two tailored Managing Without Bullying training courses for the College.

CMP have supported Hackney Community College with our Professional Dispute Resolution Services.

CMP delivered the Certificate in Mediation Skills training in 2009.

CMP have provided professional resolution services to the IDS since 2004 and have a close ongoing working relationship with the Institute.

CMP have supported John Wheatley College throughout 2009 and into 2010 with professional resolution services and a run of Conflict Management for Managers training.

CMP delivered Dealing with difficult people for the College in 2001.

CMP’s relationship with Leed Metropolitan University began in 2007 when we delivered the Certificate in Mediation Skills training programme to assist the University in developing an in-house mediation service. The service was so successful that we trained a further 8 internal mediators in 2008. In 2009 we delivered Conflict Management training to support staff in dealing with low level conflict to prevent escalation. Leeds Metropolitan University were also involved in our pilot of the Achieving Mediation Excellence pacakge.

Through 2004 and 2005 CMP supported the University with delivery of a series of Bullying and harassment and investigation skills courses.

CMP delivered the Certificate in Mediation skills to members of staff in 2001.

CMP have supported Middlesex University with our Professional Dispute Resolution Services.

CMP have supported Morley College with both Professional Dispute Resolution Services and tailored training on Handling Difficult Situations.

CMP have had an ongoing relationship with NCD since 2005 where we provide professional resolution services and training.

CMP delivered the nationally accredited Certificate in Mediation Skills to HR staff to enable the University to set up an in-house mediation service in 2009; this training was so well received that we trained a further 8 delegates in 2010.

CMP have provided training and professional services to NTU since 2004. We supported the University in setting up an in-house mediation service through the delivery of the Certificate in Mediation Skills training; this was so successful that we have delivered a further 3 Certificate courses to support the service’s growth. The in-house mediators receive regular Mediation Refresher Skills and Advanced Mediation Skills training from CMP. We have also delivered tailored, bespoke training for Non-Violent Communication and Managing Diversity.

Rothamstead Research

In 2010 CMP were pleased to provide The Babraham Institute with our professional Interactive Mediation Service.

CMP have supported the University in setting up both an in-house mediation and investigation service with Certificate in Mediation Skills training and Investigation Skills training respectively. We have since delivered further runs of the course, as well as Refrehser Skills training.

CMP have provided professional resolution services support to the university since 2008.

CMP delivered two runs of the nationally accredited Certificate in Mediation Skills training course to successfully embed an in-house mediation service. We also delivered practice and development training days to refresh mediators skills.

In 2009 CMP assisted the University in setting up an in-house mediation service with the Certificate in Mediation Skills training programme. Our relationship continues into 2010, as CMP were requested to host a mediation seminar at a CIPD networking event, held by the university and will be delivery Coaching for mediators training.

In 2009, CMP were successful in their tender bid to become part of the university’s Framework of Providers for professional mediation and investigation services over a four year contract.

CMP have a strong working relationship with the University. From 2003 to 2005 CMP delivered a series of both the Core mediation skills training programme and the full Certificate in Mediation Skills.

CMP have provided professional resolution services support to the university since 2005; our relationship continues to date.

CMP delivered Conflict Management for managers training in 2002 for the University in addition to coaching and mediation services.

CMP delivered the Certificate in Mediation Skills to the University in 2006.

In 2003 CMP worked closely with the university delivering a series of tailored training courses focusing on rebuilding working relationships.

CMP delivered the Certificate in Mediation Skills training to support the introduction of an in-house mediation service. The service has been so successful that we have delivered further runs of the course to increase the pool of internal mediators. Our relationship continues in 2010 with further training.

CMP have provided Professional Dispute Resolution Services support to the university.

CMP provided Judgement skills training, coaching and mediation services in 2001.

CMP delivered training for York St John University's internal Contact Officer service following the launch of their Dignity at Work procedure in 2008. In 2010 we are delivering Qualified Workplace Mediator and Skills for Special Groups training programmes.
