In 2009 CMP delivered the Certificate in Mediation Skills accredited training to delegates from Central Scotland Police through ACPOS (Association of Chief Police Officers in Scotland) in conjunction with other forces across Scotland. This was won through a national tender.

CMP supported Cleveland Police with our Professional Dispute Resolution Services.

CMP delivered accredited Certificate in Mediation Skills and Investigation Skills training to Humberside Police following a successful tender bid. We further supported the set up of each in-house service with Contact Officer training.

In 2009 CMP delivered the Certificate in Mediation Skills accredited training to delegates from Lothian and Borders Police through ACPOS (Association of Chief Police Officers in Scotland) in conjunction with other forces across Scotland. This was won through a national tender bid.

CMP started working with the Metropolitan Police in 2005 and have built a strong partnership with the service for all their mediation training needs. We have delivered many rounds of Certificate in Mediation Skills training and staff are updated with regular Mediation Refresher Training. We are currently embarking on a Mediation Refresher Conference for the Met and training further mediators through CMP's ILM-Endorsed Qualified Workplace Mediator programme. A further project of refresher training in combination with Grievance Resolvers training will also take place throughout 2010.

CMP began their ongoing working partnership with Norfolk Constabulary in 2001 where we delivered the OCR accredited Certificate in Mediation Skills training to support the set up of an in-house mediation service. We have since provided supporting core skills training courses including Mediation for Managers and Conflict Management for Managers. The service has been so successful that we have delivered Mediation Refresher Skills training and a further run of the Certificate course in 2009 to support the service's growth. Our professional resolution services are used for escalation support. We are set to continue our relationship into 2010.

This was won through tender. A further course will be delivered in 2010.

In 2009 CMP delivered the Certificate in Mediation Skills accredited training to delegates from the Scottish Crime and Drugs Enforcement Agency through ACPOS (Association of Chief Police Officers in Scotland) in conjunction with other forces across Scotland. This was won through tender.

In 2009 CMP delivered the Certificate in Mediation Skills accredited training to delegates from Scottish Police Services Authority through ACPOS (Association of Chief Police Officers in Scotland) in conjunction with other forces across Scotland. This was won through tender.

In 2010 CMP delivered the Certificate in Mediation Skills accredited training to delegates from Strathclyde Police through ACPOS (Association of Chief Police Officers in Scotland) in conjunction with other forces across Scotland.

CMP have enjoyed an ongoing relationship with Tayside Police providing professional resolution services and mediation training.

West Mercia Police

CMP began working with West Yorkshire Police in 2004 where we provided Conflict Analysis training for staff to undertake an analysis of workplace situations that were displaying high levels of conflict, harassment or stress. Our training was so well received that we were invited back to help the police service in setting up an in-house mediation service and we have twice run the Certificate in Mediation Skills training course.
