CMP have supported the Citi Group since 2006 through our relationship with AXA ICAS. We have provided the Certificate in Mediation Skills to enable Citi to set up an in-house mediation service and have since provided Mediation Refresher Skills training as well as increasing the internal mediators through a further Certificate programme in 2008. In 2009, we provided Advanced Mediation Skills training to promote the growth of Citi’s in-house mediation service and have delivered Professional Dispute Resolution Services for the team in 2010.

CMP delivered the newly launched ILM endorsed Qualified Workplace Investigator training for HMS Raleigh through the VT Group in 2010. This course is a combination of classroom and e-learning activity which focuses on not only developing the skills of investigators in conducting a fair and robust process, but also focuses on report writing skills like no other course; investigators are therefore trained to conduct investigations and produce reports that stand at appeals and ETs.
