CMP announce series of free webinars

CMP are once again at the forefront of developments in workplace dispute resolution as they reveal the first in a series of free webinars taking place over the coming months.

Focussing on mediation, investigation and other areas of dispute resolution and taking a skills and interactive approach, the webinars will be a blend of the expertise of CMP and client sessions where you can listen to how other organisations have approached a subject via means of a case study presentation.

In the first session, Katherine Graham will guide your organisation, using ground breaking analytics, to reveal how much conflict is actually costing your workplace:

Measure the cost of conflict in your workplace with the UK’s first HR Conflict Analytic will take place on 29th July at 14:15

To book and to see the webinar programme please go to our Resources Section here.
The list will be updated on a regular basis.

Testimonials from our last webinar in May

“I found the session very timely as within the current business environment there is a greater need to think things through before  implementing changes and also the fact that people are more worried about their positions. It was useful to have some very practical grounded insights and a reminder to look above the parapet occasionally to review how much time we spend on conflict resolution.”
Helen Bidwell-Ford,  Head of HR, Hydrex Equipment (UK) Ltd

“A good session, which provided clear, practical advice on how to introduce a resolution focus, and how to ’sell’ this focus to stakeholders.”
HR Manager, Metoc Plc

“Excellent webinar. Thank you.”
Angela Armstrong, Staff Counsellor/Mediator, Mayday University Hospital
