CMP welcome new Client Relationship Officer

CMP are pleased to announce the recruitment of Junior Stewart to our Business Development Team in the new role of Client Relationship Officer.

Katherine Graham, Managing Director explains the impetus for the new role. “The last financial year was our best to date, which was particularly encouraging given the difficult conditions for training providers in the last 12 months. This shows that our plans for growth are on the right track, and I am therefore delighted that we are in the position to expand our Business Development team with the appointment of Junior Stewart. His role will be essential in ensuring we continue to deliver the highest quality service to our clients, to ensure their initial contact with us is professional and helpful andĀ leaves them feeling positive that our company is the one they want to entrust with their training and dispute resolution services.”

Junior comes to CMP with over 7 years experience from within the recruitment industry, specifically developing and building brands for public sector and private organisations. During this time Junior successfully built many international strategic partnerships for supplying Medical, Social Care and Education employees to the UK workforce. He has gone on to providing cost-effective attraction strategies to Corporate businesses, supporting them in reducing their cost per hire and time to hire, to increase efficiencies of their recruitment process utilising online solutions. As an accredited business and personal coach, he has mastered the art of communication to develop and enhance the well-being of others.

CMP are delighted to have Junior on board and warmly welcome him to the team.
