To date we have trained over 8000 people in mediation and investigation techniques, all of whom have the credentials gained by having completed a nationally accredited or endorsed training course. CMP’s Qualified Workplace Mediator ILM endorsed programme is the starting point on the path to a formal qualification in mediation - leading through the officially recognised Qualified Advanced Workplace Mediator to the Diploma in Workplace Mediation; the only professional qualifications in workplace mediation, and only available through CMP. This professional endorsed pathway is also available within the Qualified Workplace Investigator and Qualified Advanced Workplace Investigator training.

Through our professional dispute resolution services, our mediators have undertaken more than 2500 mediation cases with an outstanding 95% success rate; our investigators have carried out over 800 formal investigations into bullying and harassment and discrimination grievances and disciplinaries.
