Royal National Institute for the Deaf The Conflict Management training was a good insight into managing conflict between staff and teams. The trainer was confident and knew his stuff whilst keeping the whole group involved.

The Conflict Management training gave a good basic knowledge of how to deal with conflict within teams or conflict between staff and management. There was lots of practical and role playing throughout the day both with the whole group as well as in smaller groups, which was very useful. I particularly liked the trainers' ideas on how to get and keep the attention of staff involved in the conflict.
