Our team of mediators, investigators and conflict management experts are all experienced trainers and coaches. We are extremely proud of the skills, capability and professionalism of its practitioners; our philosophy is to find the best and to make them better. So you receive only expert conflict management professionals and trainers when working with CMP.
Our people will work nationally and across the world: they will research and familiarise themselves with our client needs before taking on any project, and as representatives of CMP they work to meet our values and ensure client satisfaction.
CMP Practitioners:
- are dispute resolution specialists with a minimum of 5 years practical experience – typically they have in excess of 10 years’ experience
- are multi disciplined and have access to a range of techniques and tools
- are commercially aware client-facing professionals
- are committed to ongoing learning and personal development to ensure their experience and knowledge is current and relevant
- are fully trained and supported in CMP Resolutions methods, content and values
- undergo regular review and quality assurance audits to ensure client satisfaction
- are committed to equality of opportunity and understand how power and social identity play out in organisations and in conflict
