are dispute resolution specialists with a minimum of 4 years practical experience – typically they have in excess of 10 years’ experience

Head of Investigation
Tim has been with CMP for over 5 years. As a former officer in the Royal Navy and a qualified barrister, Tim is extremely well placed to lead CMP’s formal process function particularly our highly effective and very successful investigation service. Tim is a fully qualified, highly experienced and practising investigator. Tim's considerable expertise in guiding and mentoring investigators and other formal process practitioners has provided him with an excellent grounding for his Head of Investigation role.
Head of Mediation
Lesley joined CMP in 2008 bringing with her over 20 years of mediating experience including SEN, family and disability caseloads. She is a very experienced and highly intuitive mediation professional and holds qualifications in mediation and a Masters in Mediation Supervision. In her new role Lesley is the lead delivery and quality assurance specialist in CMP’s provision of Mediation, Mediation Training and Mediation Supervision. Lesley also provides escalation support for CMP’s team of mediation practitioners.
