As subject experts and a company that has built its reputation on building soft skills, we worked hard to make an eLearning programme that actually helped managers change their behaviours.

This case study outlines the work we did for a large urban university which compared our eLearning programme against a standard classroom course, to see whether the amount of learning, learning impact, and learner satisfaction was stronger in the classroom programme.
