ILM Conflict Management Seminar, 25 May 2011

The final in a series of conflict management evening seminars hosted by ILM took place on 25 May 2011 at the Thistle Birmingham. Delegates benefited from the expertise of Patrick Moulsdale, CMP trainer and practitioner who provided conflict management strategies and excerpts taken from CMP’s 2-day Conflict Management Skills and Strategies for Managers training programme.

I found the talk not just interesting but inspirational. John held my full attention for the whole time. It was relevant and very topical, dealing with current issues. It gave me tips and confidence to resolve issues which I meet in my workaday life. All of the delegates I spoke to gave high praise to the content and delivery of the session. Not to be missed.
