London Underground chooses CMP Resolutions for Investigation and Mediation Services

CMP has secured a further 2 year deal to supply London Underground with Investigation and Mediation Services.

CMP is delighted to have renewed the LUL contract  for the second time, which has been in operation since September 2006. CMP were shortlisted via tender process to provide the investigation services, and were invited to include the provision of mediation services following the success of the first contract year.

Business Development Manager, Deborah Casey, says “The statistics on our work with LU are startling and a credit to both CMP and the commitment from LUL to handle investigations both efficiently and effectively.”

Statistically CMP has halved the time taken to complete an investigation; we consistently meet or exceed the SLA target of completing within 30 working days; have completed 120 harassment and grievance cases and conducted 20 mediations with LUL in the 3 year period to date.
