We offer an independent harassment advisor service, where we provide advice for your employees who are concerned that they may be being bullied, harassed, discriminated against or are otherwise unhappy about a working relationship and unsure what steps to take.
We have an unparalleled breadth and depth of knowledge and experience of workplace conflict and how to mitigate the damage it causes, and we use this to provide a listening service and supportive, impartial advice, to people who prefer not to turn to internal support when they feel vulnerable at work.
We set up a dedicated phone line for your organisation’s staff to call during working hours, when they can be assured of an impartial and empathetic listening ear. If needs be, our advisor can also meet them face to face.
And as you’d expect from CMP, we offer solid account and case management processes, which enable us to identify any trends or gaps and to add value to your organisation.
This was a very complex team situation; we approached CMP and an alternate provider however it was CMP that really grasped the brief for the group mediation.
