Outstanding! CMP receives glowing feedback for mediation training to the Board of Community Health Councils in Wales
The Board of Community Health Councils in Wales has bestowed high praise for CMP after taking delivery of the OCR Certificate in Mediation Skills course. Ann Younis, Training and Development Manager had received a word of mouth recommendation to use CMP Resolutions and has been hugely impressed with the level of service and training delivered.
“Word of mouth recommendation remains one of the most reliable forms of sourcing appropriate training for any organisation. I was fortunate to have such a conversation when mediation training was identified as a training need for my organisation. CMP proved to be a highly professional provider and the more engagement I had with them the more the commissioning decision was reinforced. They provided timely, comprehensive and fluid administrative processes, punctuated with regular contact to keep the client appraised. CMP is an organisation at the top of their game and this was evidenced by the calibre of the trainers assigned to my project. Seldom do Training & Development Managers receive outstanding feedback from 100% of delegates who reported being fully engaged across six days of training. The CMP trainers involved, through their delivery style, personalities and course content and structure did exactly this. I am already looking to engage CMP again for CPD and a progression pathway for delegates as I want to develop the learning investment already made. I am confident that my training budget is safe with CMP and looking foward to the dividend payout with the consolidation of skills on the part of personnel.”
Katherine Graham, MD, is thrilled with the feedback, ‘I’m delighted that in these financially straitened times, that the Board of the CHC in Wales recognises the value of investing in professional mediation training. Training budgets are going to be restricted, we know, but as Ann Younis says, there is a ‘dividend payout’ attached to embedding these skills in the workplace. I’m very pleased indeed that we were able to deliver such a positive experience for the CHC in Wales and look forward to a long relationship with them’.
The Board of Community Health Council in Wales received the OCR accredited Certificate in Mediation Skills training (also now delivered through CMP as the Qualified Workplace Mediator) which is available as both an in-house course or public training course in London, Birmingham and Royston.
