Our ‘Just-In-Time Training and Coaching’ shifts learning from a ‘learn-then-do’ approach to a ‘learn-by-doing’ approach, and integrates learning with knowledge management.
When you need to support your staff at challenging or critical moments, you can access our practitioners’ wealth of experience within 24 hours via one to one coaching and training. As pre-support or backup support, they are also available by email and our Forum.
Just-in-Time support can be provided to managers, HR, and senior managers who are facing a challenging situation, perhaps responding to an informal complaint, about to mediate informally, or going into a difficult or sensitive meeting about performance, conditions of employment, or personal issues.
