CMP specialise in the fall out between individuals and groups where there is a skills deficit to manage issues of diversity.

Issues concerning diversity and equality are difficult, emotive and often evoke extreme differences of perception and belief. No other provider focuses on this area as we do - most barely nod in its direction; indeed, CMP Resolutions was chosen by HMP because we "understand race and equality issues" - (HM Prison Service Race Equality Action Group 2006).

We provide tailored briefings for your employees to avoid, or manage bullying and harassment behaviours; and deliver core skills training to build their understanding and ablity to work with difference and diversity.

Our Focus Groups give a  large-scale assessment of perceptions among all levels of staff about their employer’s approach to bullying and harassment; we undertake policy review and development and can provide Equality Audits on a large and small scale.
