Professional services
Working with professional, independent Harassment Advisors
If you want your staff to have access to Harassment Advisors but prefer not to train your own employees in this role, then our independent Harassment Advisor service is a perfect alternative. This outsourced, professional service is available on a case by case basis, as a call-off contract, or as part of our full Introducing Bullying and Harassment Solutions© route.
Your staff will have access to a confidential service which provides independent practitioners who use sophisticated mediation-type skills to help parties identify the pros and cons of each dispute resolution and conflict management option available to them.
Through providing independent and impartial advice and consultancy, our practitioners will support your employees to make an informed decision about the course of action most likely to meet their needs in the most effective and least damaging way. They will also guide your employees through your organisation’s formal complaint processes so that all options are clearly understood.
Because our Harassment Advisor’s are mediation trained, they can encourage parties to opt for informal methods in the first instance; thereby increasing the likely uptake of these methods, and containing formal investigations for where they are most needed.
We can also run Focus Groups for large-scale assessment of perceptions among all levels of staff about their employer’s approach to bullying and harassment; and can provide Equality Audits on a large and small scale. To receive confidential, impartial advice please contact CMP Resolutions.
