Accredited mediation training for managers

Mediation skills are an essential management competency. Your managers need to be able to spot signs of conflict within their teams and feel confident about stepping in to resolve the situation early and effectively. Our Mediation for Managers programme is accredited through the ILM and will skill your managers to do just that, so that only the right situations need to be escalated to formal mediation.

Over three days your managers will understand the impact of their own behaviours on either creating or avoiding conflict; they will learn a range of strategies to help people in their teams to communicate better, work together constructively, and resolve situations of specific difference.

Managers will also be better placed to understand how and when to support their staff in using a formal mediation process.
