Endorsed Qualified Workplace Mediator training to set up an in-house mediation service

Setting up your own workplace mediation service is a serious investment and you will want to know that you have made the right choice of provider. The majority of workplace mediators practicing today and undertaking case work are neither legally trained nor ACAS trained – they are CMP trained. We can with justification claim to be the market leaders in workplace mediation.

CMP have been delivering the UK's leading nationally accredited  Certificate in Mediation Skills for 20 years, and this year have launched it's successor - the 40-hour Qualified Workplace Mediator, nationally endorsed by the ILM, part of the City and Guilds Group.

We have 20 years’ experience of supporting organisations in setting up an effective internal scheme as our Testimonials show. Our programme exceeds the minimum standards set by the Civil Mediation Council (with whom CMP are regsitered providers) and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Mediators are assessed against a genuine level of competency in order to qualify them to rebuild the working relationships of your employees to increase the ability of parties to work constructively together in the future .

The Qualified Workplace Mediator is available as a supported standalone purchase, or as part of our Embedding Mediation© Route.

In addition to workplace use, we can still deliver the Certificate in Mediation Skills training for use for homelessness: SEN; medical complaints; and gang disputes.
