You can refer a case to us confident that if a resolution is possible, we will reach it.

We resolve more than 95% of cases. Our mediation service undertakes over 120 cases a year and with an estimated cost of unresolved conflict (excluding management time) at £20k per case, our mediators save UK employers over £200,000 per year.

We are experts in all types of cases: two party, group or multi-party disputes; and at any stage of a conflict, whether early, pre-formal action or post investigation.

You can refer a conflict of any nature to us; we have mediation expertise in bullying and harassment; customer complaints; ‘personality clashes’; performance management issues; to facilitate exits from organisations; senior management level or frontline staff.

You can access our quality mediation service on a case by case basis, or as a fully supported call-off contract service within the Introducing Mediation© route.

We complete mediations within 10 working days of referral.

You can be confident that we have expertise in your organisation’s sector: banking, manufacturing, not-for-profit, higher and further education; disciplined services, government departments – our mediators have worked in almost every sector.


When you refer any case to us you are guaranteed:

A mediator with a minimum of 3 years’ workplace mediation experience, who is fully trained and supervised.

A detailed client outline of the mediation process, the aims of the service, the benefits of employing mediation, the operating and delivery standards of our practitioners and our guidance on using an external provider.

Complete guidance and support in encouraging parties to attend mediation including a full “party information” document.

Organisational feedback on what may have impacted on the case (without disclosing the confidential nature of the parties’ discussion).

Full monitoring and evaluation of the impact of the mediation as seen by both the parties and the client; immediately following the mediation and three months after.

A year’s phone support to parties in maintaining their agreements.

Offers a faster intervention that gets straight to problem solving and agreement building.

The mediator is pre contracted to support both parties in solution generating and enabling a needs-based outcome.
