A structured response to large-scale, poorly defined conflicts where the remedy is not identifiable

Conflict often manifests itself in teams; with symptoms of stress, underperformance, complaints against colleagues that don’t become formal, and managers who feel undermined or disenfranchised. Organisation’s need to establish what’s going on before a remedy can be put in place. Formal action is not warranted but some kind of action is needed.

CMP was the first dispute resolution company to develop a model of neutral assessment or early neutral evaluation for use in the workplace. We can deliver this as an outsourced service (either through a call-off or contract basis) and provide accredited training to enable the development of this capacity in house.

Sometimes HR needs to be able to step back and have an objective analysis of a team or inter-departmental dispute to make a proper assessment of the best way forward and CMP are here to support you ever step of the way.
