A two day course to provide managers with the skills needed to effectively resond to workplace conflict and prevent escalation of disputes

Managers are having to deal with more difficult situations than ever, with the increased pressures arising from the recession and its consequences. Managers who have invested in conflict management skills will find they are able to handle difficult meetings, angry or resentful staff, and their own personal hooks, much more effectively and constructively.  This two-day programme is a recognised development award by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and is ideal for managers who are looking to respond effectively to conflict and manage the risk of disputes.

The course is delivered by the UK’s expert in conflict management, our founder and Chair John Crawley, author of Constructive Conflict Management, and Mediation for Managers (both NB Books) and has been delivered to over 2000 managers in the public and private sectors. All participants receive a year’s phone and email support from CMP Resolutions.

The training will take place at our new training facility, the CMP Resolutions Centre in Royston, Herts, 10 minutes from Royston BR (King’s Cross 40 minutes) and 20 minutes from the A1 and M1.
