Reinvigorate and update your investigation skills with a one day intensive refresher course

If you have already had training to take on the role of investigating manager for disciplinary and grievance investigations, from any provider, then this one day will make sure your skills and knowledge are up to date. This intensive programme covers current best practice, and key changes in employment legislation, and will enable you to debrief in confidence with others. The course contains a skill and process review, and will ensure that your investigations continue to be fair, robust, sensitive and rigorous.

The training will take place at our new training facility, the CMP Resolutions Centre in Royston, Herts, 10 minutes from Royston BR (King’s Cross 40 minutes) and 20 minutes from the A1 and M1.
