Our training is not chalk and talk. We offer intensive skills-building programmes for staff in all roles and at all levels, to enable them to respond more effectively and confidently when they are in a conflict situation. Our progammes include back-up training materials for delegates; full evaluation; telephone and email support for delegates; and qualify your organisation for membership of FEDR.

it is human nature to avoid potentially difficult conversations, and to expect someone else to sort it out for us. So your best option to minimise the amount and severity of disputes at work is to provide training to develop the interpersonal skills and abilities of your staff. This way they will be more confident in raising difficult issues directly, and will be better equipped to use that dialogue to build understanding and agreement and resolve the matter directly and quickly.

Courses are available in each of our core process areas of mediation, investigation, bullying and harassment, conflict management, and neutral assessment.

We divide courses further by level of skills development including awareness briefings, core-level skills, accredited practitioner level training, and advanced training.
