We show you best practice, and will give you up to date legislation guidance, as well as everything you need to use when investigating ‘in real life’.
We are a recognised training provider for the Institute for Leadership and Management (ILM), and the Enhanced Learning Credit Administration Service (ELCAS).
Your learning experience
You learn through a blend of pre-course, on-course and post-course activities, which give you all the information and skills-development you need.
It’s a stimulating and intensive course – with a variety of learning methods including discussion, paired work, role play, demonstrations and video clips.
And we are a transparent and honest organisation – you’ll see the criteria for achievement of the learning outcomes, and you’ll be supported to achieve them with lots of one-to-one coaching and feedback.
Ongoing support and added extras
You can come to us for 12 months after the training for support with your case work – simply pick up the phone – this is all part of the benefit of selecting CMP’s training. And as well as a challenging and effective learning experience you get:
