Qualified Workplace Investigator Training
Train to be a Qualified Workplace Investigator
People responsible for investigating bullying and harassment, and grievance and disciplinary complaints, need to be more than competent.
This ILM endorsed Qualified Workplace Investigator programme lets investigating officers carry out a robust and professional investigation so as to minimise the need for reinvestigation and appeals.
You learn the importance of running a rock solid and transparent process, and how to remain sensitive to the parties involved and keep them on board and engaged with the process.
This is an intensive course to get you to a professional standard. You will complete online pre- and post-course learning, as well as spend 3 days in the classroom. The course covers interpersonal skills, processes, and legislation.
It is endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) so you have to show competency in all learning outcomes. But this level of rigour means that people with this qualification are confident, capable and work to the highest national standards.
Qualified Workplace Investigators will deliver a workplace investigation to principles that are fair, sensitive, proportionate, and robust. We run this course internally for clients for groups of up to 9; and also as a public course.
