Advanced mediation programmes
This portfolio of learning offers the first UK endorsed advanced pathway for mediators in the workplace. These courses are for you if you have already taken a foundation or certificate mediation course; and want to deepen and develop your skills. We have designed the programmes to let you extend your repertoire of mediation skills to include more complex and challenging scenarios in the workplace; demonstrate valuable Continuing Professional Development, and have the opportunity to reflect on real mediation casework experiences and further develop skills to competently manage any mediation, no matter how complex or senior.
Mediators from other sectors will benefit from these courses, which also suit managers and leaders who have significant experience in a mediation role, e.g. HR staff, equality and diversity specialists, counsellors, facilitators.
