National Accredited Certificate in Mediation skills

Knowing you have the skills, and having the qualification to prove it, is essential if you want to mediate. If you want to have the confidence and competence to mediate workplace disputes, with a genuine certificate that shows the standard you have achieved, this is for you. If you want to be challenged, stretched and supported as you learn a new skill, this for you. If you want to step onto a development pathway that can take you from accredited training to Diploma level capabilities, this is for you.

This generic mediation course is ideal for mediators undertaking homelessness, community, SEN, and Health mediations, as well as for workplace mediations. More than 4000 mediators have successfully completed this course, which is the essential first step to becoming a successful mediator. The Certificate in Mediation Skills is a nationally recognised qualification in mediation accredited by Oxford, Cambridge and RSA Examinations (OCR) and which exceeds the standards set by the CMC. Our trainer-delegate ratio is kept to a maximum of 1 to 9, to allow for individual coaching and feedback.
