White Paper Published: Workplace Mediation isn’t Working

John Crawley Founder and Chair, CMP Resolutions, today released the White Paper Mediation is Underperforming which looks at the stps organisations need to take to ensure their workplace mediation schemes are successful.

In his paper, John comments that “HR professionals charged with introducing mediation into their workplace run the risk of wasting their time and their employer’s investment because they see accessing mediation as a project to be managed rather than a process to be developed. As a result, mediation at work is under performing. There are more
mediators than there are casework, and the early aspirations that many held for workplace mediation seem to be misplaced.”
